A multi-cuisine catering venture, Curries was born in 2005 as a brainchild of M/s Rudraksh Caterers Pvt. Limited.

The first branch of Curries witnessed spectacular success and established a name for itself in the city.

After that, the 2nd branch was opened on SG Highway along with “TRYST: The Lounge”.

Then in 2010, Brownies did for Bakery Products what Curries did for multi-cuisine dining.

With all the love that Curries got, we decided to take it one step further and tantalize the taste buds of Amdavadis

with world-class International Cuisine at Umami.

Umami by Curries is a new venture that will offer a multi-cuisine fine dining experience.

Umami offers the same quality you’ve always received from Curries but for International cuisine that is

prepared by the best chefs and with the finest ingredients. Come experience the zenith of contemporary fine dining at Umami.

Curries is launching an exclusive trio of mocktails named the “Sivamani Trio” that aims to combine different complementary flavors like different melodies come together to form music. The mocktails will be launched to complement the “Legends Of Now” concert featuring the Sivamani Trio taking place in Ahmedabad on 28th July.
